Money Saving Mom has a great post out right now about what to do with all your surplus in your stockpile. Obviously, one idea is stop buying!! But if you are like me, a free product or one that you get paid to buy is hard to pass up. The first thought is to give it away!! Family, friends, shelters, military etc…. Another idea is to use the items in gift baskets; household cleaning products in a laundry basket for newlyweds, personal care items in a shower caddy for a girl going off to college. But my favorite is the diaper cake! These are so fun to make! And can be a bargain of a gift if you watch your coupons and sale match ups. The one in the picture I made for my sister in law’s shower, it was a hit!
