Texas A&M; Can't Spare a Square

Okay, I HAD to post this.  Texas A&M in College Station has decided to save $82,000 from it's budget by requiring students to buy their own toilet paper.  $82,000?  Looks like Texas A&M needs to follow 4Our2Cents and find out how to get TP for FREE!!
