June Aveeno Rebate Issues

Back in June there was an Aveeno Rebate offer: buy $25 get $10 back.  I received a letter yesterday saying I had not met the requirements to receive the rebate.  I know that could not be true and I have a picture to prove it!  So I called Aveeno customer service to see if they could give me some more information.  Apparently the rebate redemption service they use has been issuing these letters and they are not quite sure why.  She took down all my info and said I would get a call within 2 weeks to try and rectify the situation.  So if you submitted for the Aveeno rebate and have not received it yet, or have received the denial letter, call customer service and get a file started: 1-877-298-2525.  Another reason why it is good to be organized with your rebate information.
