Grocery Gleaning: 5/1- 5/11

May 6, 2026

Welcome to another week of Grocery Gleaning posts. Our goal is to encourage you to give out of your “overage” to those in need. Highlighted are free and cheap items that are perfect for donation to local food banks and pantires. This week and next we encourage you to pack up these items for the Stamp Out Hunger Mail Carriers Food Drive (5/14). Visit Couponing to Community to add your donations to their tracker (See our Progress Link). Thanks to Saving in Akron for helping compile this list.
