I ordered one of these a few weeks ago and it looks like they are available again. So here’s the deal. Walmart has these great Olay/Venus Gift sets on sale for just $9 (down from $10, plus free shipping) But inside each pack there is an offer for a free year of Allure magazine. If you prefer not to receive the mag, you can opt for a rebate of $9.99- which actually turns this into a money maker! And on top of that, print your email confirmation as a second receipt and use this purchase to count toward your $10 P&G rebate also.
A few words of caution on this one. I have seen on other posts that some people did not receive the magazine offer card in their pack. This card is a requirement to receive the rebate. Also some people have said they are going to submit for more than one rebate since it does not list a limit per household. Once again, someone commented that they were denied their second rebate request. And yet another commenter actually called and was told only one per household. So I am going to order a second set (already submitted for the rebate) and this time choose to receive the magazine offer. Remember, this could be as good as a rebate because often there are great coupons to be found in mags (Allure had a high value Colgate in Aug that made it Free!) Oh and don’t forget to start at Ebates or ShopAtHome for a few extra cents cash back (2%). Every little bit helps toward your next payout.
