You will need to send in the form, receipts and UPC codes from the packages (so remove them before putting them in the stockings!). I bought 3 of these (one for each kids stocking). The Walgreens deal came out to be $1 ea, so with this rebate they will be Free! I may wait a few weeks to send in this rebate. If there are any other deals offered this could become a money maker!
My tip on mail in rebates- be organized now! Clip the rebate form, gather the receipts and UPC and put them in an envelope. I have a folder with all my rebate information/envelopes. I would also take a picture of all your submission information (form, receipt, UPC, etc) so you have a record of the submission. I also make note of the date I send it in so I can keep track of them if they don’t get redeemed. What are your MIR tips?

Is this a regional mail-in rebate? I cannot find it in my SS 12/11.
