Good news! I tried the 4 for the price of 1 Zhu Zhu pet deal at CVS and it worked! That makes them $2.49 each! Here is why it works. They are on sale for B1G1 free. So you buy one and the next rings up as "free", you buy the third and the fourth rings up as "free" (this is using your CVS ECB card). Then you give them the B2G1 free coupon. The coupon reads that you have paid for two and so it takes off the price of a third- $9.88. Does that all make sense?
On my trip I also made use of the $3/$15 (expired 12/5) and some rainchecks I had. It was a great CVS trip. Here is the break down:

Plus $15.00 in ECB from Eucerin and Herbal Essence rainchecks to use on next trip!
*(if you are doing the math on my ECB you might see that the Herbal Essence rang up at the sale price of $2.99 this week, but the cashier still gave me the $3.99 ECB from the rain check! So I actually got them for Free + $5 in overage with raincheck, ECB and coupons! Oh and you know I will also be submitting them for the P&G rebate! Cha-ching!)

The Zhu Zhu worked for me too - but I was only able to get 3 - by reasoning of the clerk. I am sick and didn't feel like arguing. but still feel good about it.
Sorry the 4 didn't work for you, but 3 is pretty good too.
For those who haven't tried yet. Even if the cashier says it won't work, respectfully ask to try the coupon anyway. Then when it goes through, they will see you aren't trying to scam them! :)
it worked for me tonight! I bought 2 zhu zhu pets, 2 zhu zhu pet armors, gain dish detergent, electrasol tabs (20 pack) and speed stick deoderant and spent $11.52. Not bad!!! Thanks for the tip ladies.
Yeah! Sounds like you had a great CVS trip!
