ENTRIES ARE CLOSED. Thanks!
If you have an iPad and children, you hopefully have figured out that apps for your kids can be a lifesaver. I don’t know how many times my iPad apps have saved me in a Dr. office waiting room. But I also am very cautious about which app I choose. For the most part, if they are going to be on “it”, I want it to be educational (or close enough). One great way to accomplish this is with interactive books. And I want to tell you about one of these “books”.
A few months ago I was introduced to a great storybook app called “Meet Millie”. Through EXPOtv, I was able to test this great little app before it went live. Then when they came out with the follow-up app “Millie and the Lost Keys” I again got to try it out thanks to EXPOtv. Millie is just adorable! And all 3 of my kids (even the 8-year-old boy) enjoy this app. The story lines are cute and the interactive elements keep the kids engaged. “Meet Millie” is Free so I highly encourage you to go check it out! You will find your kids have fallen in love with Millie too. Then you will want to get the sequel! “Millie and the Lost Key” is well worth the $3.99 price. As you can imagine, I don’t like buying apps. But this one has been worth every penny.
Millie also has her own Facebook page: Millie Was Here. Each day they have a great giveaway. Add a caption to the fun picture of Millie for you chance to win a Millie t-shirt. I won and you can too! (t-shirt is pictured above on my kiddos)
Even better yet, do you want to win a “Millie and the Lost Keys” app? The great people at Millie Was Here have given us 7 “Millie and the Lost Keys” apps ( yes 7!) to giveaway. Here are the giveaway details:

Thanks to Team Millie from MegaPops for the 7 app prizes. And for giving me 2 more shirts (so they wouldn’t fight over the 1 I won on Facebook!)
