Free McDonald's Coffee???

Has anyone tried to score their free coffee at McDonald's yet?  I'm hearing mixed reviews on this one.  Could it be that some restaurants are not participating?  From the ads I'm seeing, McDonald's is giving out free coffee every day from January 24th - February 6th.  Please let us know if you've gotten your free coffee!
