A Different Kind of Deal

We all love the deal posts where we can find free samples, free coupons, and overage deals.  Those are of course my faves as well but I'm diggin' this new series, A Different Kind of Deal, because it meets a different kind of need.  Yes, we all need deodorant (hope you agree with me on that one!!!), soap, toothbrushes etc.  Those all meet our physical needs.  In past posts I've revealed some "deals" that meet spiritual needs. Today this post meets educational needs.  I've recently discovered a website and a man that truly amaze me. Not sure about you but I was never a big math fan in school.  This man has a PASSION for math and it is providing the tools (FOR FREE) for his passion to spread across the world.  If I'd had this as a kid, maybe I'd be a doctor.  Well, let's not go that far but I would have at least enjoyed math a little more.  Even giants like Bill Gates and Google have jumped on the Khan Academy bandwagon.  If you homeschool or just want to supplement your child's math education, head on over to Khan Academy now to check it out!

Did you ever think we'd be posting on free math??  Tell us what you think!!
