You need to register for the program and then if you fit the demographic they are looking for, a box of love will come in the mail. I got one last time, great quality and quantity.
If you register now, you should get an email from them when the next batch of boxes are available. Otherwise they will announce it on the web site and you can request it at that time. It is much better to get an email heads up to request your box than try to get through the web site the day it is available (site crashed last time).
Once you register be sure to keep an eye out for a confirmation email. This does not guarantee you will get one of these boxes but it puts you ahead of the game.
