That is the million dollar question! It seems a bit random. I have seen some people suggest it is tied to having a Target credit card. But I don't have one, so it isn't that. And it seems like you might get one mailer but not another. I guess Target just wants to keep us guessing. And checking our mailboxes.
we have a target card, we fill our Rx's there, order online all the time and have done baby registries through there, and I dont remember the last time I got a special flier :(
